I will definitely keep you posted on the tournaments. I know of one right now. The Eastern Region for TNBA is doing their annual tournament on November 10-11 and the 17th and 18th at Carolier Lanes in New Brunswick. They have the applications out on the website www.tnbainc.org. I will keep you posted on things we are doing here in our area, and you do the same....

Hey Josie, The main thing that I had to learn was not to get mad with my shots. That was something that always took me out of my game. Have fun, enjoy yourself, you make a bad shot, shake it off and comeback and knock it out. Good luck this season. I am starting in a next week....

Hi Josie. Thank you for congratulations message. Bowling 10 games on the Shark conditions was a real grind. But it was a lot of fun, and I can't wait for the next PBA Experience league to start.

I THOUGHT YOUR IDEA OF WRITING OUT YOUR GOALS WAS SUCH A GOOD ONE THAT I FOLLOWED YOUR LEAD. BUT I GAVE YOU CREDIT ON MY SITE FOR THE IDEA.

Something that may help you with your concentration, b/c I know it has helped me tremendously, is instead of thinking in games, think about shots. Try to take notes in league so that you know when your best scoring chances are and where you plateau and start leaving single pins. If you can make your moves prior to leaving your single pins then you will be one step ahead of your opponents. And your scores will increase.
